Sad to leave El Salvador but excited to see Nicaragua

So I ended up staying longer in El Salvador then I thought. After I got back from Mexico I just fell in love with El Zonte even more. We have had a few goodbye parties for everyone who is starting to leave in their seperate travels and we will have one more tonight to say goodbye to El Salvador for this trip anyways.

I did manage to get a couple more day trips in though to experience just a little more piece of the country before moving on. The girls took a day trip in the back of a truck for ceviche, swim at Playa San Diego. Then we drove up to Puerta del Diablo and overlooked all of San Salvodor. More yummy pupusas for dinner which are way better off the coast.

Traveling has reminded me of some of things I used to do. I even have picked up a guitar a couple of times because I actually have the time. I do miss playing music. It´s hard to fit in time for some of that back home but here you have all the time in the world.

For the past week or so I´ve been hanging out with a pretty good group of people. The boys got me out surfing again one more time. I have also tried a couple more salsa classes which I would love to continue when I get home. We also went up to the mountains for the day on a quad trip well they had dirt bikes. That was probaly one of the best ways to see the countryside. Everything looks so much greener inland. Forgot how much fun it was to go riding. Other then that we have had a couple beer nights but then we said goodbye a couple days ago to them. Yesterday a couple of us went over to a different beach and had a lobster and shrimp lunch. Wow it was actually really good. Today will be my last night in Zonte. It´s pretty sad to be leaving but it´s time to enjoy and see a different country as well. Not that I have much time left to make it through 3 countries now. Oh well when you find a certain place it´s hard to leave. We will be having a goodbye party tonight at least.

My friend I have met will be on a shuttle tomorrow morning for our next adventure.
